Hi, I’m Jeff Turnbull and the founder of TURNFIT. I became a Sudbury Personal Trainer after making my way to fitness following a life-saving operation a few years ago. Having emerged the other side and achieved my goals, I am now using my skills, experience, and journey to help others.

I care about my clients, and there’s nothing more important to me than helping someone go through an experience that’ll make them happy, confident and strong. Furthermore, I know how being unfit and overweight can affect all parts of your life, and I want to be there for those who wish to bring about change. I want to help you discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I understand life can be hectic, and it’s often tough to find time to work out; I’ve been there myself and have made every excuse going. Now, I’ve used my experience and training to design programmes that are manageable, enjoyable and proven to work.
