Having been in the wedding profession as both a wedding photographer and personal trainer, I know how stressful the build-up to the big day can be. Add to the mix of trying to look your very best and it can all seem too much. This is where I come in to take away some of that pressure for you.
Whether you want to simply tone up, drop dress sizes or have amazing energy, I will personally work with you to ensure that you get into the very best shape for one of the biggest days of your life.
My wedding fitness packages are custom-designed to ensure that you achieve your goals fast. My wedding fitness packages usually include 2 or 3 sessions per week, involving resistance training, cardiovascular work and stretching. In addition, you will have exercise routines you can complete for when I’m not with you.
As well as an exercise plan, you will be provided with Nutrition Guidance and Food Diary Analysis. This is to fast-track you to looking and feeling great.
My wedding fitness plans can be for as little as 6 weeks and available all year round. So, if you’re planning a winter, spring, summer or autumn wedding I’ve got you covered.
Location & Duration
The training sessions can take place at my studio, your home, the park or even your garden.
Sessions are 60 minutes long, which includes a warm-up, high-intensity cardio work and resistance training. The session is finished off with stretches and a cooldown. All equipment is provided and recommendations for working out at home using just your body weight is also given.
