One-2-One Personal Training and Bespoke Small Groups

All my programmes are personalised to each client, however, that doesn’t mean that couples and friends can’t do workouts together. Before the programme starts, you will be given a fitness assessment and body analysis and to set realistic fitness goals.

1-2-1 Personal Training: Many clients select my one-to-One programmes and sessions as this fits in their lifestyle and they receive 100% of the focus and attention, which will help them to achieve their goals quicker.

Couples and Small Groups Personal Training. As well as being more affordable, many choose this option as they feel they are more motivated knowing their friends and partners will help them to be accountable.
